Let me begin by saying how much I appreciate all the wise counsel and able assistance provided by Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt over the past year. It is because of the fine work of your staff that we have now achieved pledges of over $5 million, including a gift of land which totals 250 acres of prime real estate.
I must say that the advice and counsel I have received has been very sound. Through working with Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt, I now know first-hand that the plan of campaign works. In a recent conversation with one of the volunteers on this project, I mentioned that “it’s the most amazing thing… if you ask someone for support the right way…they generally give it!”

Manitowoc Lutheran High School
The Readiness Assessment process was definitely worth it. The approach to repeated small group and individual presentations posed some scheduling challenges, but was vital to being able to gather feedback from a broader constituency. Our consultant provided regular and positive input on improving the information each time, gleaning the underlying questions which continued to arise, and preparing answers that got right to the issues. The training of volunteer visitors was a tremendous benefit (and a help with best using my time to being in front of prospects). There is no replacement for actual face time with prospects and donors, and a campaign can derail that priority without sufficient structure. WD&R has provided exactly what we have needed.

Central Lutheran School
It is with great pleasure that we write this letter in support of your consultant and his work on behalf of Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt. We had the opportunity to work closely with him during the fall of 2015 and the winter of 2016 on the Central Lutheran School Capital Campaign Committee. He made an instant connection with us as well as the school staff and volunteers. We feel very fortunate that this consultant was assigned to our school for our capital campaign.
The consultant provided essential leadership and guidance to our team. Throughout his time in New Haven, he worked diligently to keep our progress focused and on pace. An excellent planner, his work was extremely detailed and well researched.
The most impressive aspect of his work was his demeanor with our volunteers. He was able to present information on fundraising techniques with a confident presence and a great sense of humor, while maintaining a positive spiritual environment.
The consultant’s work during the assessment period through the advance stage of the campaign was instrumental in allowing us to enter our kickoff on a high note. Volunteers that were willing to commit to his teachings and guidance found great success.
On a personal note, we thoroughly enjoyed having the consultant as part of our team. His demeanor made many days easier for us as we struggled to recruit and excite volunteers. We will look back on his time in our school with much admiration and gratitude. His blunt honesty and professional approach to fundraising reflect the services we hoped to receive from Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt.

He is professional, courteous, engaging, and supportive of the ministry here at CLS. This letter is to offer tremendous gratitude to Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt for the phenomenal job both the agency and their consultant have performed while working with Central Lutheran School (CLS). Quite honestly, there was some skepticism as to the impact a consultant could make on a capital campaign, but those concerns were quickly dispelled when the consultant, with the Christ centered guidance, took the lead in the campaign. He not only provided training, but more importantly spiritual guidance and leadership based on Christ’s stewardship teachings. There’s a saying, “when the going gets tough, the tough get going.” However for us at CLS, when the going got tough the consultant, with the help of the Holy Spirit, lifted our steering committee up and kept us going.
I have no doubt at all that Christ lead us to Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt, and delivered the consultant to lead and guide our campaign. He is a great leader, motivator, and inspires those with whom he works. I firmly believe that he has enabled CLS to reach levels of giving that have never been seen since the 1950s. I have nothing but great respect and admiration for him, as well as the service that Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt has provided our school and our member churches. I would, without hesitation, strongly encourage other schools and Christian Churches to utilize the services provided by Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt. I know in my heart that the consultant is a man of God, as it is shown by his leadership and guidance, and I want to thank him for all he has done for CLS.

Washington Ethical Society
I have been a member of the Washington Ethical Society’s Capital Campaign since we began looking for a consultant. I wanted to reach out and let you know what a pleasure it has been working with your firm and what a success our campaign has been because of the dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm of the consultant. We have had 20 members of our congregation trained by your consultant on how to conduct a campaign visit. The feedback from everyone was consistent–his guidance gave people confidence to conduct the visits and make them enjoyable (something many of us doubted, but turned out to be so true!). We had such confidence in his abilities and judgment.
We all feel very lucky to have not only worked with your consultant, but to know him personally. I don’t think I have to tell you what a wonderful person he is. If any future clients need a reference, I would be happy to provide one.

Centralia Foundation Recreation Center
As a result of your hard work and dedication, our campaign should remain one that your firm can be proud of for a long time to come.
The Campaign Executive Committee would like to express our gratitude for the efforts of your firm in the Centralia Foundation’s recreation center fund-raising campaign. The campaign to raise $5 million in a community of 14,000 has been a challenging one, one which required thorough planning and constant management. However, through the ever vigilant efforts of your directors we reached a total commitment of $9.5 million!
Due to the success of the campaign, the executive committee has been moving forward and finalizing building plans. Once again, it was a pleasure working with your firm.

I want to commend the Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt staff for their dedication and efforts to make the Virginia State Golf Association realize its dream of a State-wide Golf Center to provide instructional and educational programs, golf camps for kids, a champion course for tournament events and a host of other programs and services all for the ‘good of the game.’
As you probably are aware the VSGA Board of Directors has dreamed about this proposal for 15 years. Thank you for your willingness to help us make that dream come true.

Trinity School of Texas
Because of 4 marvelous campaigns with Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt (WD&R) over the past 15 years, the Trinity Church and School community thought only of WD&R as we began planning a million dollar campaign to complete upper school and lower school.
Exactly four months from beginning to end, Trinity School of Texas went beyond it’s expected goal.
We are grateful for the vision of the campaign and the leadership provided through the experts. We are fully aware that we are the ones who did all the work, while our team of coaches from WD&R provided the necessary backup and enthusiasm to make our campaign work.
